The Role
Reporting to the CFO, this person will play a crucial role in a number of aspects including but limited to:
- Support project management for the Core ERP system in 2025.
- Create dashboards and reports in PowerBI to help non-finance staff understand complex financial data through visualisations.
- Work with the FP&A team and other finance units to determine key reporting needs.
- Gather and analyse financial and non-financial data from different systems while ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Help develop a finance data management framework with support from IT, Sustainability, and Risk teams.
- Revise accounting documents and processes for intercompany costs, management fees, revenue, CAPEX, and retail accounting.
- Assist in designing the Chart of Accounts and configuring systems.
- Help maintain a knowledge base for business systems, including reports and process documentation.
- Support PMO tasks for transformation projects.
- Assist in developing and managing project plans, collaborating with stakeholders.
- Help create detailed FP&A test cases to improve the user acceptance testing (UAT) process.
- Prepare for data migration by reviewing and cleaning data as needed.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be CA/CPA qualified and have experience as a senior finance professional, with a proven track record of involvement in an ERP implementation (preferably NetSuite). Power BI and FP&A reporting experience are critical. The candidate will have proven leadership experience, a strong desire to succeed, and a willingness to partner with both internal and external stakeholders to support the company's growth agenda. This role will require a strong process improvement mindset, as well as a hands-on approach.
