About the Role:
  
As a key member of the business unit leadership team, you will:

• Lead financial strategy and drive business performance across two significant business units.
• Prepare analysis and review of the monthly business performance
• Deliver commercial insights, scenario planning, and financial modelling to optimise profitability.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and capital investment planning.
• Provide strategic input to business transformation, cost efficiencies, and growth initiatives.
• Lead a high-performing finance business partnering team while collaborating with senior executives.

About You:

• A qualified CA/CPA with senior finance leadership experience.
• Proven ability to balance commercial strategy with hands-on financial management.
• Experience in P&L ownership, financial modelling, and driving business transformation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to challenge, influence, and drive results.
