This role is pivotal in supporting strategic initiatives, financial planning, and operational excellence to drive profitability and sustainable growth. Reporting into the Group Financial Controller, your main focus will be around:

• Preparation of financial statements
• Co-ordinating and managing the month-end and year-end reporting process
• Remain up to date on accounting standards, policies and procedures 
• Lead ad-hoc process improvement initiatives across the finance function
• Support and mentor a team of 10 

CA/CPA qualified, you will be a dynamic and energetic leader who is capable of guiding the business through their next evolution of exciting growth. The role calls for a strong technical accounting understanding combined with high levels of strategic awareness and someone who has a proven track record of uplifting reporting standards within a finance function.
