Our client is seeking an experienced and immediately available Senior Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced, impactful environment. You will play a crucial role in driving strategic financial planning, business performance, and decision-making across a diverse portfolio. You will work closely with senior leaders, providing financial insights and advice that will shape both short-term and long-term organisational goals.

Key responsibilities include are not limited to:
- Contribute to strategic planning and achievement of business unit goals by developing solutions to improve financial capability and respond to issues, trends and opportunities
- Undertake, manage and co-ordinate a range of complex financial management activities
aligned to business needs including: budgeting, planning, modelling, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting and performance monitoring 
- Manage and develop a highly trained, motivated and efficient team 
- Undertake and oversee actions to support business decision-making including complex analysis to inform financial capability, operating performance and business growth opportunities
- Implement and oversee projects, including development and review of finance related policy and procedure, financial management initiatives and changes to practice in response to legislative change or advances in technology
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with other relevant business units, functional areas and key staff, including provision of expert advice

Our client is looking to attract a CA or CPA qualified candidate with previous experience in a medium to large corporate. You will have exceptional communication skills and be a confident leader who can influence non-financial stakeholders. Additionally, you will possess an enthusiastic & ambitious attitude which allows you to work collaboratively within a high performing finance team.
