An excellent position as a Senior Finance Analyst has become available for a candidate looking to join a high performing ASX listed organisation within the property sector. This role will be responsible for all aspects of financial analysis relating to the development functions of a portfolio of properties, Management Reporting, Due Diligence, Valuations, and modelling for project feasibilities.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include (But will not be limited to):
- Reporting, planning, budgeting & forecasting
- Working capital analysis and cash flow reporting
- Prepare monthly management reporting and value add analysis to the business partners to drive results and influence business decisions
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gain an understanding of key drivers for the business
- Prepare financial models to support strategic planning activities
- Business performance reporting
- Financial and commercial investment evaluations for all
investment proposals - Investment, market and competitor analysis
- Ad hoc project work as requested
You will be a fully CA/CPA or CFA qualified finance professional with a strong understanding of project finance and commercial analysis. You will be a natural people person with the ability to handle multiple projects at any one time, and have a strong financial modelling skillset. Experience within a big4 environment working with property clients will be highly desirable, however not essential, and having property, construction or experience within a large listed organisation would be considered highly advantageous.
