About the role:
They are after a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join their team and advise across a range of matters including separation, children and parenting, property and financial settlements, spousal maintenance, divorce, child support and child maintenance, intervention orders and family violence. You will be working alongside some highly regarded lawyers across this space.
About you:
- A minimum of 6 years’ experience in family law.
- Proven track record of handling complex family law cases with a successful outcome.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- A deep understanding of family law legislation and practices.
