This entity is seeking a Regulatory Affairs and Strategy Manager to lead the development and implementation of their regulatory engagement strategy. This position offers the chance to collaborate with internal teams and external regulators, ensuring compliance with relevant standards while driving continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regulatory engagement strategy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulators, managing correspondence, investigations, and enforceable undertakings.
- Oversee the design and maintenance of a compliance management framework aligned with international standards.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to provide strategic advice on regulatory risks and compliance matters.
- Build strong relationships with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders to align strategies with business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law, or Business (or equivalent).
- 5–7 years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or a related field, preferably in a regulated industry.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with GRC platforms (e.g., Archer, Power BI) is an advantage.
