About the Role:
As a Senior Competition Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of competition law. You will be responsible for managing complex cases, advising on high-stakes matters, and leading their team in delivering exceptional client service.
You will be involved in:
- Leading and managing complex competition law cases and investigations.
- Providing strategic advice on antitrust matters, including mergers and acquisitions, cartel behavior, and abuse of market power.
- Represent clients before competition authorities and in court proceedings.
- Mentor and develop junior lawyers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Australian or New Zealand qualified lawyer with substantial experience in competition law, preferably with a strong track record in complex matters
- You must be advisory focused
- Proven expertise in advising on complex antitrust issues and regulatory matters.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate intricate legal landscapes.
