An ASX listed FMCG Organisation are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Finance Team.  This Senior Business Analyst position will help provide insightful analysis into key performance trends that exist in order to drive the positive financial direction of the company. Initially, this role will commence as a long-term 12 month assignment, however there is significant scope for extension and/or permanency. The ideal candidate will have experience in successfully enhancing systems and controls within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Be part of shaping the strategy and commercial outcomes of External partnerships including new propositions and onboarding new external partners. 
• Lead and maintain financial oversight of existing partners including reporting, forecasting, business partnering and driving actionable insights including commercial considerations within contract negotiations. 
• Lead and contribute to budget setting, overall forecast and performance. 
• Lead FP&A activities. 
• Lead business reviews to drive value add insights, continuous improvement and business performance. 
• Guide and facilitate disciplined ways of working to ensure timelines are met, stakeholders are engaged appropriately and processes are efficient and cost effective. 
• Display and promote an agile and growth mindset including innovating and thinking creatively in order to improve productivity, engagement and end-to-end finance effectiveness. 

The successful applicant will have

Ideally, you will be a CA/CPA qualified accounting professional and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as your ability to interact and engage cross-functionally within the business will be crucial to your success. Additionally, you will be available at reduced notice, have a worked in a large and complex FMCG/Retail organisation.
