Organisation:

With a diversified portfolio spanning equities, real estate, private equity, and alternative investments, the group prioritizes sustainable financial management and value-driven decision-making.
This role will report directly to the Director of Finance.
Responsibilities include but are limited to:
Financial Analysis & Reporting:
- Regularly review, analyze, and report on the financial performance and position of the family office and its investments.
- Prepare monthly updates, including reconciled accounts, cash flow reports, and financial forecasts.
- Assist in quarterly reporting and board meeting preparations.
- Collaborate with internal and external finance teams on family office investments.
- Support external financial audits and assist in preparing financial statements for a multi-entity group.
Investment & Portfolio Support:
- Reconcile investment portfolios across multiple asset classes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of holdings and transactions.
- Assist in business plan preparation and support investment decision-making.
Stakeholder Management:
- Coordinate with external providers for investment management, audits, and taxation.
- Support the Chief Financial Officer in identifying business challenges and growth opportunities.

Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
- CPA, CA, or another globally recognized professional designation.
- 6–8 years of experience, preferably in a Chartered Accounting environment.
- Prior experience in family trust and or investment/wealth management or portfolio analysis is advantageous.
