Join a growing accounting firm conveniently located in Melbourne's east! Our client is committed to delivering exceptional financial services, and is currently seeking a motivated Senior Accountant to join their dynamic and growing team. 

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Review of jobs undertaken by junior members of the team. This includes year-end, monthly and quarterly compliance, and tax & business planning advisory.
- Handover with junior team members, both allocating new work and receiving back work ready to review.
- Providing feedback and outlining training needs with the team, offering guidance where appropriate.
- Define new revenue opportunities from client interactions and work/structure reviews
- Develop client relationships, Liaise with third party specialists, with and on behalf of clients.

To be successful in your application, you will be degree qualified and pursuing a CA qualification. You will have 5 years experience in public accounting, with in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation and financial regulations. You will possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. You will be proficient in Xero and Xero Practice Manager.
