About the role 

We are on the lookout for a proactive Corporate Secretary/ASIC Administrator to join the team full-time at our clients chic, newly renovated office in Southbank.

Key Responsibilities
  • ASIC Lodgements: Process all ASIC lodgements including company registrations, share transfers, shareholder updates, address and name changes, de-registrations, minutes, and share certificates.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as maintaining company archives, managing corporate registers, conducting company and title searches, and ensuring the secure use of the company seal.
  • Corporate Secretarial Duties: Oversee corporate secretarial tasks for both Australian and foreign entities, including understanding necessary forms for entity changes, and setting up Corporations, Trusts, and SMSFs.
  • Support & Reporting: Provide administrative support, assist with office projects, financial analysis, policy development, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role within the accounting industry.
  • Advanced proficiency with MYOB, Xero, and other accounting software.
  • Strong data entry skills and experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a keen attention to detail.
