The Role

Reporting to the Regional Vice President of Sales & Client Services (APAC), this role is responsible for engaging with potential clients through outbound lead generation and inbound lead qualification. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will introduce businesses to best-in-class Agent of Record (AOR) and Employer of Record (EOR) solutions, playing a critical role in the sales pipeline.

Duties
  • Proactively reach out to prospective clients via phone and email to generate leads.
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand client needs and tailor outreach strategies.
  • Utilize marketing resources to execute targeted email campaigns that drive engagement.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Maintain CRM records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
Skills and Experience
  • A strong interest in sales, business development, or contingent workforce solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to exceed performance goals.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and keen attention to detail.
  • Relationship management expertise, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of staffing, software, or technology industries is desirable.
