A large, multi-site organisation is seeking a Health & Safety Business Partner for a 6-month contract to support their safety function during a period of transition. This role will focus on systems, governance, and assurance, with some hands-on operational involvement across a diverse workforce.
Role Overview
This role will focus on safety systems, governance, and assurance, with some operational involvement. You will support the business by updating policies and procedures, triaging incidents, conducting risk assessments, and assisting with reporting.
Key Elements
- Review and update safety documentation (SWMS, SOPs, policies, procedures).
- Triaging incidents and managing investigations.
- Conduct risk assessments and critical risk reviews.
- Assist with safety reporting and performance analysis.
- Undertake ICAM investigations.
- Flexible Work Arrangement – 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH.
- Exposure to a Broad Scope – Work across multiple sites and service lines.
Salary: $130K + Super.
