Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring consumer services are scheduled in a timely manner, liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient use of resources and in accordance with our consumer’s needs.
- Providing timely notification to consumers in relation to alterations to schedules/Rosters where necessary.
- Working closely with other stakeholders to ensure annual/sick/other leave is effectively managed to ensure consumers are not impacted.
- Proactively investigating issues and working collaboratively to provide effective solutions.
- Performing administration and reporting activities, to ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a scheduling in a health, community service or social care organisation is advantageous.
- Must have UKG Experience.
- Proven ability to leverage data to achieve significant improvements in consumer engagement and drive positive financial outcomes.
- Ability to schedule and manage tight timeframes along with the capability to prioritise urgent tasks.
- Clinical rostering/scheduling/workforce planning experience and a strong administration background.
