Our client is an outstanding ASX listed organisation based in the CBD that is seeking a Revenue Projects Coordinator for a 6-month period that has a view to become permanent. In a newly created position, you will play a key role in the implementation of a new system across the business.
The responsibilities
Reporting into the Finance Operations Manager, you will be mainly responsible for:
- Acting as the main conduit between the revenue/accounts receivable and project management team
- Contribute to data mapping/testing
- Play a critical role in the end-to-end billing of the business including everything from admission to discharge, fee and subsidy updates, billing, debt collection, account reconciliation & administration.
- Establish sustainable and scalable billings processes as they relate to customer service.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders within the organisation
- Contribute to month-end reporting activities
- Demonstrated experience in an Accounts Receivable, Revenue or Billing role - ideally within a project focused environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Proven tenure within a large scale organisation
- Hybrid working environment - 3 days in office / 2 from home
