Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement proactive asset care strategies
- Provide strong leadership to maintenance teams, ensuring effective execution of reliability programs
- Manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations
- Oversee critical asset integrity, spare parts management, and compliance with safety regulations
- Lead and coach a team, fostering professional growth and accountability
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve industry best practice in maintenance and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align maintenance strategies with business goals
- Significant experience in a maintenance/reliability leadership role within a manufacturing or heavy asset-based environment.
- Background in continuous manufacturing (24/5 or 24/7 operations) - food industry and exposure to HACCP standards preferred.
- CMMS - SAP experience (preferred).
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Maintenance, or Asset Management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and influence.
- Expertise in Root Cause Analysis and critical thinking.
- Experience in Lean, TPM, and reliability-centred maintenance.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Advanced planning and stakeholder management skills.
