Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement proactive asset care strategies
  • Provide strong leadership to maintenance teams, ensuring effective execution of reliability programs
  • Manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations
  • Oversee critical asset integrity, spare parts management, and compliance with safety regulations
  • Lead and coach a team, fostering professional growth and accountability
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve industry best practice in maintenance and reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align maintenance strategies with business goals
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Significant experience in a maintenance/reliability leadership role within a manufacturing or heavy asset-based environment.
  • Background in continuous manufacturing (24/5 or 24/7 operations) - food industry and exposure to HACCP standards preferred.
  • CMMS - SAP experience (preferred).
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Maintenance, or Asset Management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and influence.
  • Expertise in Root Cause Analysis and critical thinking.
  • Experience in Lean, TPM, and reliability-centred maintenance.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Advanced planning and stakeholder management skills.
