Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee & supervise the physical maintenance and repair of all operating site equipment to deliver a reliable plant operating within control.
- Demonstrate an active involvement in and support for company initiatives, both locally and globally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure maintenance feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement preventative and planned maintenance programmes through collaboration with production and propose plant modifications for improved efficiency.
- Champion safety initiatives and contribute to plant safety improvements.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, or trade qualification with equivalent experience.
- A strong engineering professional with a hands on approach to leading and managing a highly skilled maintenance team.
- A respectful, approachable, and open minded leader who has a collaborative approach, valuing the input of their team and other departments.
- Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment.
