We are partnering with a leading organisation in the healthcare sector, seeking a talented and motivated Regional Lead Physiotherapist to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist looking to step into a leadership role and make a significant impact.
About the Role:
As the Regional Lead Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of approximately 8 physiotherapists, some based in Sydney and others in regional locations (occasional regional travel). This role offers a high degree of flexibility with a work-from-home arrangement and on-site visits, with the option for later or earlier starts and finishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of physiotherapists.
- Manage and support physiotherapists across multiple locations.
- Provide clinical support, including occasional on-site visits and leave coverage.
- Contribute to account management and business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with the State Manager to achieve revenue targets.
- Registered Physiotherapist with significant experience.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Experience in Occupational Health and Return to Work is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to build rapport with clients.

- Competitive Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000, negotiable based on experience.
