We are seeking a passionate and engaging Physiotherapist with experience in private practice or musculoskeletal settings to join a dynamic team in Western Sydney.

This role focuses on providing occupational rehabilitation and physiotherapy services, working onsite within various organisations.

You will be instrumental in preventing and managing workplace injuries, collaborating with both employers and employees to foster a healthier and more productive work environment.

You'll be actively involved in proactive initiatives, consulting with health and safety professionals and engaging directly with workers on the job. This opportunity offers a refreshing change from the traditional clinic setting, allowing you to utilise your interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills in a sustainable and impactful way.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver onsite Physiotherapy and occupational rehabilitation services to employees.
  • Develop and support innovative early intervention physiotherapy and wellbeing programs.
  • Collaborate with employees, managers, and organisations to promote a healthy workforce.
  • Contribute to a strong and supportive team culture.
  • Enhance the reputation of our client as a leader in onsite Physiotherapy and rehabilitation services.
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy - FULL AHPRA Registration essential
  • Based locally or willing to relocate from within Australia (no overseas applications please)
  • Minimum 12 months of experience as a musculoskeletal or private practice Physiotherapist (Ideally)
  • Professional indemnity insurance.
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Valid Australian driver's license and access to a private vehicle.
