In this versatile position, your primary responsibility will be to provide crucial support to both the staff and clients within a professional environment, particularly within the office services and reception team. You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service, with a strong emphasis on efficiency and excellence.
This part-time role spans Monday to Thursday, with varying hours to accommodate the dynamic nature of the position. Specifically, 8am-4pm on Monday and Tuesday, 10.30am-6.30pm on Wednesday, and 9am-5pm on Thursday. There is potential for this role to be full time for the right candidate and flexibility in working hours may be required based on the demands of the role.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage reception and warmly welcome visitors
- Coordinate boardroom bookings and handle AV setups
- Collect and distribute daily mail
- Arrange couriers for office-related tasks
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Monitor and report any office repairs and maintenance
- Handle various back-of-house duties to ensure the office is well-maintained
- Support the team with ADHOC administration tasks
Skills and Experience
- Committed, proactive, and service-oriented
- Must have previous Administration or Reception experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Well presented & corporate presentation
- Must have full working rights in Australia

Situated on Collins Street, their recently renovated and contemporary office spans across three floors, now fully accommodating all employees as 95% of the staff have returned to full-time office work.
