In this role, you will provide crucial support to various teams, ensuring seamless operations and enhancing customer engagement through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Update and maintain CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions and orders.
- Organize travel logistics, including hotel and flight bookings for team members.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and client communications.
- Ensure the integrity of client information by conducting regular audits and updates in the CRM.
- Prepare and analyse reports for management, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Foster professional communication, representing the company’s values in all interactions.
- Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned to support team objectives.
- Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating a professional and approachable demeanor.
- High level of attention to detail, especially in data management and reporting tasks.
- Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- A degree or qualification in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
