About the role 

Our client is seeking a skilled professional to be the welcoming face of their office and provide essential administrative support to their team. You will be required in the office full time Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and visitors, maintaining a professional reception area
  • Manage incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct communication effectively
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Assist with document management, data entry, and general office tasks
  • Provide basic administrative support to the team as needed
  
Requirements
  • Professiional presentation
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or Administrator within the accounting industry
  • Strong organisational and communication abilities with a keen attention to detail
  • Approachable, and client-focused, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Must have full working rights in Australia
