Our client is seeking a skilled professional to be the welcoming face of their office and provide essential administrative support to their team. You will be required in the office full time Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors, maintaining a professional reception area
- Manage incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct communication effectively
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Assist with document management, data entry, and general office tasks
- Provide basic administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements
- Professiional presentation
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Administrator within the accounting industry
- Strong organisational and communication abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Approachable, and client-focused, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Must have full working rights in Australia
