What You’ll Do:
  • Be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and stakeholders, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Manage incoming calls, correspondence, and scheduling with precision and confidentiality.
  • Provide overflow administrative support to two Executive Assistants, gaining exposure to high-level business operations.
  • Boardroom attending and catering for meetings. 
  • Collaborate with a high-performing national team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally in a corporate or finance environment.
  • Exceptional communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong attention to detail and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to new systems.
  • A professional demeanor and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
