What You’ll Do:

- Provide overflow administrative support to two Executive Assistants, gaining exposure to high-level business operations.
- Boardroom attending and catering for meetings.
- Collaborate with a high-performing national team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally in a corporate or finance environment.
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
- A proactive mindset with a strong attention to detail and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to new systems.
