In this face to face role, you will provide exceptional customer service to their diverse clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming and positive customer experience at the front desk.
- Respond to phone inquiries and direct calls efficiently.
- Assist customers with queries and direction.
- Maintain the appearance of the reception area and assist with directing visitors.
- 2-3 years of reception or customer service experience.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese; with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Must be available to start on the 9th of Jan.
- Exceptional customer service skills, in person and the over phone.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
