Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a friendly and professional first impression for all visitors and clients.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
- Maintain and organise the reception area and common office spaces to uphold a professional appearance.
- Schedule and prepare meeting rooms, including setting up equipment and refreshments as needed.
- Coordinate office supplies, liaising with external vendors to meet operational needs.
- Support administrative tasks, such as preparing documents, managing files, and updating records.
- Assist with new employee onboarding by managing access passes, setting up equipment, and providing welcome materials.
- Collaborate with team members to provide general office support and complete ad-hoc assignments.
- Exceptional communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to shifting demands.
- Organisational prowess and an eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic IT troubleshooting capabilities.
