We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic legal team. This role requires a reliable professional who can manage a variety of administrative tasks, provide exceptional client service, and support the overall efficiency of the firm.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including handling correspondence and drafting client engagement letters.
  • Input and update data within internal databases and software, ensuring all client records are accurate and current.
  • Assist with general office administration, including filing, scanning, printing reports, and preparing forms.
  • Manage front-desk reception duties as part of a team arrangement, including greeting clients, handling phone inquiries, and overseeing mail distribution.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, including stationery, kitchen, and postal needs.
