An opportunity has arisen for a Rebates & Pricing Coordinator to join the team.
Position Description
Sitting in the finance team and reporting to the Business Partnering Manager, your role will include but not be limited to the following duties:
- Managing the rebates process using SAP system
- Manage rebate process efficiently and execute payments as per signed agreements
- Reviewing pricing proposals with respect to marketing guidance and business objectives
- Key is to continuously identify improvements to data capture/manipulation, information delivery, & report design
- Investigate variances and respond to enquiries
- Support the wider finance team with further duties
- Month end close including reporting and analysis
- Stakeholder management
- Strong experience within the rebates/pricing space
- Previous experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and organize work priorities to meet deadlines
- Ability to confidently work autonomously
