We are seeking an experienced Quarry Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance. Reporting directly to the Quarry Manager, this role offers the chance to lead and make a significant impact.

Your Day Will Involve:

• Leading a Zero Harm commitment to safety and ensuring compliance with all statutory OH&S and environmental requirements.
• Coordinating quarry operations to meet financial budgets and production targets.
• Building strong customer relationships and delivering high-quality, professional service.
• Ensuring quarry products meet relevant Australian Standards and customer specifications.
• Planning and organizing site production activities for optimal performance.
• Monitoring and enhancing overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) of the site.

What Are We Looking For?

• Proven experience in managing or supervising quarry or mining operations.
• Strong commitment to maintaining a Zero Harm work environment.
• Experience in managing manufacturing operations and using computer-based programs.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
