The Role
They are seeking a motivated Graduate with a food science background and 1-2 years of experience to join the quality team. You will work closely with cross-functional departments, including product development, quality assurance, and production, to ensure the highest standards of their dairy products. Key Responsibilities
- Support the quality assurance team with product testing and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with production teams to optimise processes and ensure consistent product quality
- Conduct research on ingredient functionality and new product innovations within the dairy sector
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues and recommend improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
- 1-2 years of industry experience, preferably in the dairy industry
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality control processes
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail
