Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will be responsible for the optimisation of all systems and processes within the purchasing team, and providing day to day leadership to a team of purchasing coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:
- Creation and optimisation of all end to end purchase order processes across the entire range of brands
- Monitoring and advising on potential delays to internal stakeholders
- Working closely alongside NPD and quality teams to understand upcoming launches, promotions and timelines to ensure correct gate levels can be set for DIFOT
- Develop reports and dashboards that track supplier performance from a purchasing viewpoint
- Ensure master data – including but not limited to lead times, production minimums, price breaks and contacts within ERP system are accurate
- Coach and support purchasing team and offer opportunities for growth and development
- Bachelor's Degree or similar in Supply Chain, Engineering or Business
- Extensive experience working within a similar role across manufacturing
- Analytical mindset with the ability to think ‘outside the box’
- Strong experience across contract negotiations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience leading and mentoring a small team
