About the Role:

As Production Manager, you’ll spearhead operations, ensuring efficient manufacturing, strict quality control, and team development. Your role involves leading a proficient team to achieve production targets, ensuring adherence to stringent quality standards, and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team to meet production targets efficiently.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee operational processes to maintain optimum efficiency and productivity.
• Foster a culture of safety and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to optimise operations.
• Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to drive employee development.
• Plan and execute strategies to achieve site goals, including budget control and resource allocation.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience managing a team within a production environment.
• Proven experience within the meat industry is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work within a fast-paced, high volume setting.
