We are currently engaged on a search for a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap across the energy solutions for a well established business in Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by shaping the product offerings in response to evolving market needs and regulatory changes.

About the role: 
Product Vision & Strategy – Define and champion a clear product vision, set strategic goals, and develop a roadmap that aligns with overall business objectives.
Market & Customer Analysis – Conduct in-depth market research and customer analysis to identify opportunities, understand pain points, and ensure our products meet both customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
Prioritization & Road mapping – Balance business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility to effectively prioritize features and initiatives. Maintain a clear and dynamic product roadmap.
Business Acumen & Strategic Planning – Leverage market insights, financial modeling, and revenue strategies to identify opportunities for growth and profitability.
Industry Knowledge – Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to ensure our products remain competitive and compliant.

Ideal experience:
✔ Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a track record of delivering high-impact products.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
✔ Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and regulatory compliance within the energy industry
✔ Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
