Our client is a dynamic ASX-listed oil and gas company, committed to sustainable growth and innovation. We're seeking a talented Procurement Systems Business Partner to accelerate our digital procurement processes and drive value through our supply chain.

The Opportunity:

As a Procurement Systems Business Partner, you'll be the go-to expert for the procurement systems (Coupa, Ariba), driving strategy, optimization, and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the procurement system strategy 
• Lead support and maintenance services for Coupa, Ariba, and integrated systems
• Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and digital/e-procurement solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ideate and implement innovative procurement processes
• Manage system upgrades and value realization activities

About You: 

• 4+ years of experience in systems management
• Strong, demonstrated Coupa and Ariba functional and administrative experience
• High-level understanding of integrated systems, including SAP
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
• Deep understanding of P2P, S2C, and Risk management best practices
• Ability to work to multiple deadlines and prioritize workload effectively
