The Opportunity:
As a Procurement Systems Business Partner, you'll be the go-to expert for the procurement systems in Coupa, driving strategy, optimization, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the procurement system strategy
- Lead support and maintenance services for Coupa implementation
- Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and digital/e-procurement solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ideate and implement innovative procurement processes
- Manage system upgrades and value realization activities
- 4+ years of experience in systems management
- Strong, demonstrated Coupa functional and administrative experience
- High-level understanding of integrated systems
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Deep understanding of P2P, S2C, and Risk management best practices
- Ability to work to multiple deadlines and prioritize workload effectively
