Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients referred through various government-funded programs, including Home Care Packages, Short Term Restorative Care, and the Commonwealth Home Support Program, as well as Private funding. Our approach emphasises achievable billable KPIs.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide clinical recommendations to support clients in areas such as daily living activities, mobility, transfers, falls risk and prevention, equipment needs, pressure care, arthritic joint management, and pain management.
- Exhibit flexibility in adapting to the needs of both the client and the aged care facilities while operating within the physiotherapy scope of practice.
