About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and professional Personal Assistant to join a well established Property firm based in Melbourne's CBD on a permanent part-time basis (Monday - Friday 10:00am - 3:00pm) The ideal person will have the ability to forward plan and have previous experience operating in environments where they are heavily relied upon to undertake a multitude of tasks.
Your responsibilities
Working closely with two Executives, your role includes, however is not limited to the below key duties;
- Diary and travel management
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Email management
- Expense reconciliations
- Creates and proof reads documents and presentations
- Answers telephone calls and takes detailed messages.
- Personal Assistant – manage and coordinate property maintenance, travel and event management.
- Office administrative tasks
- Can-do and positive attitude
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible
- Excellent written skills and strong communication skills
