What does this role offer; 
  
  • Partnership and trusted adviser to the organisations People Leaders providing support, coaching and advice on all HR related matters.
  • You will support the Business Unit employees relating to all Industrial Relations matters, Union relationships and interpretation of exisiting Agreements.
  • You will own complaints and grievances within the Business Unit to  maintain a positive and productive work environment cultivating an inclusive and high performance culture.
  • You will play a key role in the deployment of HR initiatives such as employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, talent and succession planning and Leadership development. 
  • You will play an key role in representing both employee and organisation across the full employee life cycle including onboarding, training and development, performance management and offboarding.
  • You will provide advice on the interpretation and practical application of HR Policy, procedures, guidelines, and employee relations issues
  • You will be expected to contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices and employee experience.
What you should be able to bring to the role;
  • Demonstrable experience within a HR Business Partner or Snr HR Advisor role with a track record of influencing and driving a high performance culture
  • Experience in organisational development and projects to build capability and cultivate a culture of high performance. 
  • Bring excellence to the organisation and role across judgement, drive, and initiative
  • You should have strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and organisational skills.
  • You will demonstrate strong internal and external stakeholder management 
  • Experience of working in an landscape with an industrial/union representation in the organisation.
