We are seeking experienced and immediately available Payroll Officers for a variety of roles with our client companies' based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
Responsibilities
Your key duties will include but are not limited to:
- End-to-end payroll processing for a workforce of 800+ (electronic)
- Provide support to the Payroll Manager ensuring team goals are met to a high standard
- Processing of adjustments and deductions including terminations, back-payments, tax, etc.
- Attending to and resolving any employee payroll queries in an efficient, positive and timely manner
- Extensive end-to-end payroll experience (2 years minimum)
- Experience with software inclusive of (but not limited to) Chris, SAP, MYOB and Xero
- High attention to detail while working in a high-volume payroll environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and friendly work ethic and strong team player
- High computer literacy in all Microsoft office applications, particularly Excel
