Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end processing of weekly and fortnightly payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Process timesheets, salaries, and wages while maintaining strict deadlines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts and relevant changes.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure correct payroll cost allocations.
- Handle payroll deductions, reconciliations, and preparation of end-of-year summaries.
- Support end-of-month payroll reporting, including superannuation contributions and statutory payments.
- Ensure secure documentation and filing of all payroll records.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in finance and accounts, with an eagerness to advance your career in payroll.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work within deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across all levels.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
