The Organisation
Working with a well-known organisation in a collaborative team environment; our client is seeking a skilled payroll officer to join their team on a contractual basis based in Melbourne's South East. The role is seeking a highly skilled individual who has the ability to hit the ground running.
The Responsibilities
The duties of the role will include the following, but not be limited to:
- Processing a high volume fortnightly and monthly payroll
- Interpretation and application of various EBAs & awards
- Prepare and lodge payroll tax and superannuation
- Processing new starters, terminations and payroll adjustments
- Proving accurate information in response to employee queries
- Other ad hoc related tasks
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will posses the following attributes, however will not be limited to:
- Has prior experience processing end to end payroll
- Can start immediately
- Ability to interpret different EBA's
- Strong attention to details
- Clear written and verbal communication
