Our client is looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team on a two-four month contract. This role is best suited to someone who is experienced in end-to-end payroll in a standalone position, interpreting awards and EBA's. This role can either be part-time or full-time for the ideal candidate. The office is located in Bondi Junction.
The Responsibilities
- End to end payroll process interpreting awards and EBA's
- Employee onboarding and off-boarding including leave pay calculations
- Supporting employee onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle updates.
- Payment of ad-hoc back pays and leave entitlement cash-ins
- Supporting with the current project of implementing a new payroll system
- 3-5 years experience in a stand alone Payroll position
- Experience interpreting awards and EBA's
- Experience with H3 or Employment Hero is preferred but nit essential
- Great communication and customer skills
