Operating in retail since the 1970’s, our client prides themselves on exceptional customer service. As a result of company growth, they’re looking for a passionate Payroll Officer to join their team onsite 5 days per week at the Melbourne head office in Clayton.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Weekly export/import of time sheets for the National Payroll of 400+ employees through RealTime and ADP Payforce.
- Process Weekly Payroll end to end including new hires, commissions, leave hours, terminations etc.
- Completion of weekly payroll reports and pay end processes.
- Uploading weekly Super files to clearing house facility.
- Responding to payroll queries from the state operations.
To be successful in this role we expect you will have:
- Minimum 3-5 years payroll experience with volumes of 400+ weekly employees.
- Excel spread sheeting capabilities are essential.
- Able to work autonomously
- Understanding the importance of confidentiality and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Solid verbal and written communication.
- ADP Payforce experience a plus but not required
