Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with processing fortnightly and weekly payrolls, including manual data entry of timesheets.
- Help with the ongoing integration of the Deputy timesheet system with MYOB. (The process is underway, and you will assist with aligning and automating the process.)
- Conduct reconciliations for payroll, some deductions, and provide general support for payroll-related queries.
- Provide assistance with physical cash handling, including data entry, managing the cash machine, ordering change coins, and filing.
- Assist with general office duties: Support with filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2-3 years’ experience in payroll
- MYOB and Deputy experience (is advantageous)
- Good payroll background with a demonstrated ability to process high volume payroll
- Excellent technology skills
- Excellent communication skills
- An adaptable and fast learner
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
