- Order management. Placing and maintaining orders on all global plants for supply into Asia.
- Maintaining order status report for all open PO’s. Assign serial numbers, costs and freight costs to orders to allow accurate invoicing.
- Incoming enquiries relating to order status and documentation for all Export shipments.
- Liaise with all Business Development managers for order status and clearance for all Replacement imports.
- Manage invoicing for clearance and warehousing suppliers.
- Maintaining daily and monthly inventory and import reports, updating V prices & Landed costs into Australia. Reporting on shipping/clearance/customs costs.
- Provide back up for customer service associate and support for AP OTR Supply Chain manager.
Job Requirements:
- 3 years in Export & Import logistics role
- Experience in SAP
- Advanced in Excel and other Microsoft Office software
- Analytical skills and ability to communicate to all levels for recommendations and conclusions
- Proactive “root cause” approach to challenges with strong problem-solving ability
