An exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Coordinator to join a fast-growing organisation. Working with the Operations Manager, you'll ensure the office runs smoothly, manage key admin and operations tasks, support the team, and drive workplace improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, organised, and functional office environment.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and guests.
- Prepare, update, and manage internal and external documents.
- Oversee IT support and ensure office technology is operational.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and executive schedules.
- Plan and organise team events, celebrations, and lunches.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including workstation setup.
- Provide backup support for Sales Administration.
- Perform general ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration or office coordination.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage changing priorities.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative duties.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and GSuite (Sheets, Docs).
- A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Must have full working rights in Australia
