About the Role:

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Coordinator to join a fast-growing organisation. Working with the Operations Manager, you'll ensure the office runs smoothly, manage key admin and operations tasks, support the team, and drive workplace improvements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and functional office environment.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and guests.
  • Prepare, update, and manage internal and external documents.
  • Oversee IT support and ensure office technology is operational.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and executive schedules.
  • Plan and organise team events, celebrations, and lunches.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including workstation setup.
  • Provide backup support for Sales Administration.
  • Perform general ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administration or office coordination.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage changing priorities.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative duties.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and GSuite (Sheets, Docs).
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Must have full working rights in Australia
