In this role you will ensure the smooth administration of operations by supporting intrinsic teams, managing client relationships, and maintaining accurate data while fostering effective communication within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and swiftly address any concerns.
- Oversee and update client information in our CRM system, ensuring it is accurate and complete.
- Execute administrative tasks efficiently and within deadlines.
- Compile and prepare management reports while handling essential data entry.
- Provide comprehensive support to the Sales and Business Development teams.
- Communicate in a professional and friendly manner, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
- Be available for occasional interstate travel to support national sales initiatives, while primarily working from the office.
- Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly in data entry and record management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on diverse tasks as needed.
