Sharp & Carter is delighted to be partnering with a reputable leader in the professional services industry as they are seeking a motivated Office Coordinator to join their zestful team. In this role you will ensure the smooth administration of operations by supporting intrinsic teams, managing client relationships, and maintaining accurate data while fostering effective communication within the organization. This role provides an opportunity for an individual to contribute to a culture focused on excellence, customer engagement, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and swiftly address any concerns.
  • Oversee and update client information in our CRM system, ensuring it is accurate and complete.
  • Execute administrative tasks efficiently and within deadlines.
  • Compile and prepare management reports while handling essential data entry.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Sales and Business Development teams.
  • Communicate in a professional and friendly manner, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
  • Be available for occasional interstate travel to support national sales initiatives, while primarily working from the office.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly in data entry and record management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on diverse tasks as needed.
