About the Role
Are you an experienced Theatre Nurse with strong leadership skills? We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) – Perioperative Services to oversee theatre operations within a Victorian-based public healthcare institution renowned for its exceptional workplace culture and professional development opportunities.

Key Requirements
  • Tertiary Qualification in Nursing – Essential
  • Current AHPRA Registration – Unrestricted
  • Extensive Perioperative/Theatre Nursing Experience – Required
  • Proven Leadership & Management Experience – Previous NUM or senior perioperative nursing experience preferred
  • Strong Understanding of Theatre Operations & Best Practices – Commitment to excellence in patient safety and care
  • Ability to Collaborate in a Multidisciplinary Team – Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency – Mandatory
