Key Requirements
  • Tertiary Qualification in Nursing – Essential
  • Current AHPRA Registration – Unrestricted
  • Postgraduate Qualification in Mental Health Nursing or equivalent experience – Required
  • Strong Understanding of Mental Health Conditions & Treatments – Essential
  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills – Ability to manage, mentor, and support a team
  • Ability to Collaborate in a Multidisciplinary Team – Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
  • Valid Driver’s License – Required for community-based roles
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency – Mandatory
