About this Role
As the Nurse Unit Manager for Oncology, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality cancer care while leading a passionate team of nurses.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement care policies and procedures tailored to oncology.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and rosters.
- Ensure high-quality patient care through evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Key Requirements
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Minimum of 3 years at the NUM level or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and management capabilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing healthcare environments.
