Role Overview:

As the Onsite Physiotherapist, you will work in a range of innovative environments. Your primary focus will be on early intervention, rehabilitation, and effective return-to-work strategies for injured workers. This is an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of employees while enjoying a flexible work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 physiotherapy treatments.
• Develop and implement exercise programs, particularly focusing on manual handling and workplace injury prevention.
• Collaborate with clients, to facilitate early return-to-work initiatives.
• Work with a varied roster 
• Ensure patient satisfaction and high-quality service delivery without the pressure of KPIs.

Ideal Candidate:

• FULL AHPRA Registration is essential 
  A minimum of 1 year of experience in private practice or musculoskeletal physiotherapy (hospital experience is also acceptable).
• Strong assessment and diagnosis skills; experience in sports physiotherapy is a plus.
• Independent and confident in managing client relations and daily work responsibilities.
• Holder of a valid drivers license and access to a vehicle for travel between sites.
